I graduated from Cortiva Institute: Brenneke School of Massage Therapy. I’ve been home with my babies for 6 years and have done massage and school in the evenings. Now that both of my kids are in school full time, I am making that transition from a stay at home mama to a full time working mama! If I had to be away from my babies, it has to be worth it...and I do love bodywork.

Brenneke has given me so many tools~ which have empowered me to be so strong and alive and passionate about life and my work and everything I believe in. ~I have my certification in Cranial Sacral work. Just when I thought bodywork couldn't be anymore AMAZING, I came across this modality. I have seen first hand what this work can do & am super excited and humbled to hold space for my clients as they experience it. ~I also do treatment work, myofascial release, positional release, & Swedish relaxation massage.

I love playing with my kids, photography, scrapbooking, cooking with my husband, camping, & natural medicine.
